As someone who has a lot of experience with this, most easy to access games/popular games can be found through simple google search easily through places like ryuugames, Eroge Download back in the day, and the like (free downloads for games like these can also be found on old blogs that would serve as file hosting fronts, when i first played subahibi I got it from some Spanish one.) This is the answer for majority of cases. Nyaa and animebytes have things as well but animebytes is private tracker and its not really that different from downloading from the above sites mentioned. But they might have less common stuff. (for example animebytes had tsui no sora where as back in the day I had to get it from some Russian site before I knew the rest of what im gonna say) If you want untranslated harder to obtain games this gets more complicated but I will explain some places GGbases.com hosts many torrents for games that are untranslated. A lot of them are dead but more are alive then you would think Animesharingforum besides not as easy to access Chinese sites have the best selection of games obscure and non but downside is many of uploaders there only use rapidgator long-term, and paywall it behind rapidgator premium. So if you want an older game it basically is usually easier just to buy it physically in a lot of cases of unavailability Archive.org also has deepcuts, but japan has pretty much zero archive culture so its all from people like me who buy the games and upload them Basically you just have to sleuth around. 11Eyes is a good game I would recommend
