i miss when i didn't know what kbps meant for audio files

i'm still stuck using spotify because finding a private tracker for music seems like too much of a pain

>>1029 yeah what i do is i use a spotify/apple music downloader that harvests all metadata and album art and for songs I cant find on spotify I then use soulseek, and because I am a sucker for apple products but refuse to use iTunes I use Mediamonkey to import all of my music onto my phone's music app

i dream of having an option for an actually modern self-hosted service with native clients, subservers that can share their media with each other, and global metadata matching/song suggestion engine
